Rick (the owner) was very pleasant and friendly to speak with. He answered my call right away and I received an immediate quote... and a quote that was very affordable and reasonably priced (for reglazing my bathtub). I was also able to schedule the appointment within the same week. Eli came to my home. He was also very nice and fun to talk with. He did the work in a fair amount of time (couple of hours) and I’m very pleased with the outcome so far. He also gave me some tips on what cleaners to avoid, which to use, and told and showed me how to install some hardware. I’m very happy and glad I took a chance with Perma Ceram.

What an easy experience! I just did some remodeling to my home and everything looked great, except for the bathtub! I was so stressed because I had made the decision not to replace the tub and it looked awful once everything else was done. I called AAA Prema Ceram and got ahold of Ernie. Over the phone he walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to move forward and have it re-glazed. A couple days later, he showed up and did the job! It looks like a brand new bathtub. It even came with a three-year warrantee that I can pass on when I sell the house. Ernie went the extra mile to replace the bathtub drain cover with a new one just to make sure the job was done correctly and looked new. I definitely would recommend Ernie to anyone looking to have their bathtub reglazed.
